Our Return Policy

First and foremost, our goal is to ensure you get a great product that your happy with so you never need to worry about returning an order.  Sometimes though, we miss the mark, or our customers just have a change in plans and need to return an item they ordered.

Below are the details of our return policy to help our customers.

Returns Policy

All items in our store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (plus tax, if any).  All items need to be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new/original factory condition - no cracks, scratches, etc.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging - including any inserts, manuals and accessories.
  • A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days from your receipt of shipment.
  • Once an Return Authorization Number has been issued, products must be returned within 14 days.

All returned products require a Return Authorization Number. The easiest way to request an RA number is to give us a call at (800) 298-5955.  Alternatively, you can email us at support@cartsonthego.com to request an RA Number. Please make sure to include your order number, name and the product number for all items you are returning.

PLEASE NOTE: To receive full refund, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the Return Authorization Number and shipping information were provided by our Support Team.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an Return Authorization Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued refund.

Items Damaged in Transit

Please make sure you inspect your package when it is delivered and inform the carrier of any visible damage while they are still present. You may choose to refuse the shipment if you feel the damage is significant. You will need to note any damage on the delivery receipt and record the freight company’s name and trailer number so that we will be able to track the package back to its destination. Please call us at (800)-298-5955 for assistance if you refuse delivery.

If you notice damage of a concealed nature after the carrier has delivered the package, you must notify the carrier and request an inspection. You will need to file a claim with the carrier in order to receive compensation. This puts you in a much stronger position to recover the cost of replacing your merchandise. We will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the delivery carrier, but it is your responsibility to file the freight claim.
